We will accept returns if the product is broken or is faulty when you receive it.
It needs to be unused and in the original packaging.
As soon as you receive your order, please check the item and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of parcel through the ‘Contact us’ page if you need to return it.
Item needs to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery – at your expense.
The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
- Processing or handling fee (if any)
- Shipping costs.
For health and hygiene, we are unable to accept the following items for exchange or return:
- Nose rings
We do not accept return of or exchange custom made items/clothing
We reserve the right to offer a refund or a store credit
